Once upon a time… I met the most lovely woman named Courtney and we became the best of friends. Some would call us twins because we are both tall and blonde but I digress.
Courtney and George met at a Labor Day boat party in Santa Monica and fell head over heels for each other. I remember Courtney telling me about this guy named George and all of the fun adventures they would have together. Fast forward a few years during a family outing at Disney Land, George got down on one knee and proposed!
It was such an honor for Courtney and George to ask me to take their engagement photos, and truly one of the best moments of my photography career when I received their save the date a photograph I took from their engagement session on it!
Courtney wanted a neutral backdrop for their session, one that didn’t scream ‘beaches in California’ and Quail Hill was the perfect fit. While we had to postpone a few dates due to bad weather, I think it was worth the wait!
I am so looking forward to their wedding later this summer and to see them live happily ever after!
